Here is a simple
way to calculate the cost of Roll Shutters by the square foot.
Price Formula
Using the window diagram you can figure out the cost of the shutter per
window. The shutters are priced per square foot. All of your
measurement will be done in inches. So here is an easy formula to convert
inches into square feet. The measurement listed are 36" in width and
52" in height. The first thing we need to do is add 7" to
the width and 12" to the height. If you have a trapped window.
(Trapped is the shutter mounted inside the window instead of outside.) If
window is trapped do not add 7" to width and 12" to height.
